Flowing River Ministries is committed to equipping individuals to live in divine health and walk in their God-given authority. Through healing, deliverance, biblical meditation from a Hebraic perspective, and apostolic training, we provide a safe place for those seeking truth and freedom.

Our Vision

Flowing River Ministries exists to awaken, equip, and restore the body of Christ to walk in divine health—body, soul, and spirit. As an end-time ministry, we reclaim biblical truths from the grip of new-age ideologies and restore the supernatural realities that belong to God’s people. Through healing, deliverance, and apostolic teaching, we raise up bold, fearless leaders who walk in the authority and power of Jesus Christ. Our mission is to train and send out warriors of the faith, ensuring that God's people are no longer bound by darkness but living in the fullness of their kingdom inheritance.

Meet the Leadership Team

Kathleen Peck

Kathleen serves as the lead pastor, teacher, and ruling elder of Flowing River Ministries, guiding the ministry alongside a council of elders. She and her late husband, Stephen, ministered to the Mayan Indians in Mexico, planting churches before pastoring Flowing River Church in the U.S. Since Stephen’s passing in 2017, Kathleen has continued leading the church with a passion for healing, deliverance, and equipping others in spiritual authority. She is a proud mother of four daughters and a loving grandmother to five grandchildren.

Robert Smurthwaite

Robert serves as the co-leader and administrator of both Flowing River Church and Flowing River Ministries. As a ruling elder for the past 15 years, he has consistently demonstrated exceptional wisdom and counsel, making his contributions invaluable to the ministry's growth and stability.

His practical expertise and spiritual insight make him an essential part of the vision and daily operations of Flowing River Ministries.

Marcy Smurthwaite

Marcy is a ruling elder and serves as the secretary and treasurer of Flowing River Ministries. Her wisdom and counsel are highly valued on the ruling board of elders, helping guide the ministry with insight and integrity.

Beyond her role in the ministry, Marcy owns and operates Rosenthal Chiropractic in Largo, Florida. She brings a unique passion for health and healing, aligning with the ministry’s vision for divine health. In her free time, she enjoys trout fishing in the peaceful rivers of North Carolina.

Maria Donnelly

Maria co-partners with Kathleen to expand the vision of Flowing River Ministries, bringing administrative expertise and a passion for spiritual transformation. She founded Your Living Breath, integrated into Flowing River, offering holistic healing as a certified Buteyko Breathing Practitioner and myofunctional therapist. With a background in the medical field and religious studies, her prophetic gift and commitment to equipping others make her invaluable to the team. In her free time, she enjoys hiking and seeking new hiking buddies.
